FAQ · Future Readiness

Honest answers to the 5 things people ask before joining.

No fine print, no dodging — just the questions that come up, answered plainly.

1. Which tier is right for me — and what does each cost?

Here’s a quick map of persona to tier — start with the one closest to where you are today.

  • Future-Ready Pulse — $19 / month. Weekly AI briefings and a monthly masterclass for builders and operators who want to keep pace without drowning in the noise. See Pulse →
  • Future Readiness Labs — $49. Hands-on cohort workshops for builders who want to apply AI alongside peers. Currently joining the waitlist — see the pricing ladder →
  • Courses — from $47, self-paced. Start with AI Fundamentals for Beginners, then move through the full catalog across AI Education, Business Productivity, Creatives, and Customer Support. Browse the catalog →
  • Hacking the Future Hackathon — €249 single / €374 pair. A two-day co-creation lab in Brussels + Online, with a working solution in 8 hours. See the Hackathon →

2. Do I need to already use AI? (prerequisites)

No — and the prerequisites change with the tier. Here’s how the floor scales:

  • AI Fundamentals course — built for absolute beginners. If you’ve never opened ChatGPT, start here.
  • Pulse — assumes you have some day-to-day exposure to AI tools but want a curated, less-noisy signal rather than another “X tips” thread.
  • AI-Powered Coach — for people already running a coaching or consulting practice who want to add AI workflows to their offer. Read about the Coach program →
  • Labs — a hands-on cohort; come ready to build, not just listen.
  • Hackathon — bring a real business bottleneck — not a curiosity question. We’ll solve it together in 8 hours.

3. How much time commitment per week?

The honest numbers, taken straight from each tier:

  • Pulse — roughly 30–60 minutes per week for the Monday briefing, plus one 60-minute masterclass a month you can attend live or catch as a replay. Back to Pulse →
  • AI-Powered Coach — five focused modules, self-paced but anchored on cohort cadence. You bring the hours; we supply the structure.
  • Labs — a sprint, not a drip. Concentrated hours during the cohort window.
  • Courses — fully self-paced. Go as fast or slow as your week allows.
  • Hackathon — 8 hours total, spread across the two-day event (September 5–6, Brussels + Online). See the Hackathon schedule →

4. Is this for me? Who actually joins each tier?

You’ll know pretty quickly once you see who’s in the room. A rough profile of each tier:

  • Pulse subscribers — builders and operators who want a weekly signal without spending the hours themselves filtering it.
  • Coach enrollees — coaches and consultants packaging an AI-augmented offer, ready to ship it instead of trading more hours. Is the Coach program for me? →
  • Labs cohorts — builders who want peer-driven applied work, not just another course to binge alone.
  • Hackathon attendees — senior founders, owners, and senior operators over 40. You didn’t build a seven-figure business to fall behind on AI. See who the Hackathon is for →

5. What’s the refund or cancellation policy?

There’s no universal money-back window — each tier handles it a little differently, so here’s the plain truth:

  • Pulse — billed monthly, cancel anytime. Stop the next charge from the email you subscribed with.
  • AI-Powered Coach — one-time payment, lifetime access. There’s no subscription to cancel because there isn’t a subscription.
  • Hackathon tickets — sold through Stripe checkout on the Hackathon page; refunds follow the standard Stripe refund flow on the checkout you used to buy.
  • Courses and Labs — paid through our standard checkout. Refund requests go through our support channel rather than a self-serve button.

If anything’s unclear, write to us before buying — we’d rather you ask than regret it.
