There is no single “right” Future Readiness offer. What there is, is a sequence — a progression that starts cheaply with signal, builds skill and packaging, and ends in a public, applied moment. The offers you see on /pages/pricing are not a menu you pick from. They are rungs on one ladder, and the choice that matters is which rung to step onto first.

If you are new to AI, start at the bottom — build a weekly habit before you pay for anything expensive. If you already use AI in your work, skip the surfaces you have already covered and pick the rung that resolves the next bottleneck. If you are packaging expertise for clients, jump straight to the Coach. If you build things for a living, the Hackathon is the room where the work gets done. The order below is the order most of our members actually use.

The five rungs, in order

1. Future-Ready Pulse
$19 / month · weekly signal. Monday AI briefings plus a monthly live masterclass. Lowest friction entry point — cancel anytime. Best for operators who want to keep current without spending the hours themselves.

2. AI Fundamentals for Beginners

5. Hacking the Future Hackathon
€249 / €374 · the public end of the ladder. Two days, Brussels + Online, 8 hours of focused co-creation. Bring one real business bottleneck; leave with a working AI fix and a filmed case study.

See the pricing surface /pages/pricing compares Pulse, Labs, Courses, and the Hackathon in four rows. The Coach program is not on that table — it lives between Labs and the Hackathon for the specific cohort of coaches and consultants ready to package their expertise, and that is why this article is the place where it appears.

How to actually pick

Three questions, in order:

  • Where are you in your AI fluency? Never opened ChatGPT — start at rung 2. Use AI weekly already and want a curated signal — rung 1. Use AI daily and want peers — rung 4.
  • What is the bottleneck? If the bottleneck is “I cannot keep up,” Pulse solves that for $19. If it is “I cannot ship,” that is Labs or the Hackathon. If it is “I cannot package what I already know,” that is the Coach.
  • What is the price ceiling you can justify? Be honest. The cheapest rung that solves the real bottleneck is almost always the right rung to start on. You can come back for the next one when the first one buys you what it said it would.

Most members do not climb the ladder in order. Some start at the Hackathon and come back to Pulse afterwards because they realised they needed the signal. Some skip the course because they already had the fundamentals. The ladder exists so you can see what the next rung looks like and decide which one to step onto first — not so you climb it top to bottom.
